The Nuline DW -40°C Static Freezer Series provides the exceptional reliability required for storing valuable ultra-low temperature materials in laboratory and research environments. Available in three capacity options - 270, 439, and 778 litres - these freezers feature two-layer heat insulated foam doors that ensure stable temperatures are continuously maintained throughout the storage compartment. The DW270 and DW450 models operate within a temperature range of -10°C to -40°C, while the DW780 operates from -20°C to -40°C, utilizing static cooling systems that deliver consistent performance with low noise design for quiet laboratory operation.

Built with white enamelled steel exterior construction, the DW series offers different interior finishes depending on the model: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) for the DW270, and stainless steel for the DW450 and DW780 models. The comprehensive monitoring system includes visual and audible alarms for temperature deviations, external temperature display, digital controller with built-in alarms, and built-in data loggers for the DW450 and DW780 models for compliance documentation. Advanced features such as lockable door handles for security, door ajar alarms, battery backup for the controller, BMS remote alarms (voltage free connection), and port entry for external temperature probes ensure reliable operation and comprehensive oversight.
