Building Management System (BMS)

BMS Connectivity Alarm Options for Laboratory and Pharmacy Refrigeration. Our refrigeration units support BMS (Building Management System) integration via two methods: Remote Alarm (Voltage-Free Connection) and 4-20mA Transmitter with Temperature Sensor (Current Loop). The Remote Alarm triggers alerts when power is lost, temperature goes out of range, or a door is opened (if equipped), by detecting a break in the electrical circuit. The 4-20mA Transmitter provides continuous live temperature data directly to the BMS. 

All connections are housed in a junction box for easy integration, allowing your team to connect according to your facility’s requirements. These features support enhanced monitoring and compliance in controlled environments.
