2. Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, all of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by brand and product, so please check individual product listings or contact us for details.

3. How can I request a quote for bulk orders?

For bulk orders or special pricing, please contact our sales team via email or phone. We also offer discounts for educational institutions and research facilities for bulk orders.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and bank transfers. Contact us if you require alternative payment options.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on product availability and destination. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or special-order items may take longer. More details are on each product page under each brands shipping tab. We provide tracking details once your order ships. Shipping times for capital cities is up to 7 business days. Shipping times for all other areas in Australia is up to 7-14 business days.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship worldwide! Shipping is only within Australia.

7. What if I need technical support?

We provide general technical support and product guides for all our equipment. Some manufacturers also offer online training, user manuals, and video tutorials. 8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Some specialized equipment may be non-returnable due to manufacturer policies. Any item that has had custom changes made to it , is also non-returnable due to manufacturer policies. Please review return policies for each brand on the returns tab of each product page. 9. Are your products made in Australia?

We strive to provide as many Australian made products on our site as possible. Brands such as Ratek Instruments and Nuline Refrigeration have Australian made products in their range.
