Available in five capacity configurations—PQN04 (4×100ml), PQN2 (4×500ml), PQN4 (4×1000ml), PQN12 (4×3L), and PQN20 (4×5L)—these gear-driven systems provide ideal wet/dry milling capabilities for acquiring research samples with high efficiency and low noise. Each model features four grinding stations arranged on a "Sun Wheel" that subjects grinding balls to superimposed rotational movements known as Coriolis Forces, creating interactions between frictional and impact forces that release high dynamic energies capable of achieving minimum granularity down to 0.1 micron. Power requirements scale with capacity, from 370 watts (PQN04) to 5000 watts (PQN20), with planetary jar rotation speeds ranging from 600 rpm on smaller models to 270 rpm on the largest PQN20, ensuring optimal grinding conditions across all sample sizes.

Flexible Operation with Advanced Programming

All PQN models incorporate sophisticated timer controls managing running time from 1 to 999 minutes with five distinct grinding methods: single direction without timing for continuous milling, single direction with timing for designated periods, bi-directional timing for alternating clockwise/counter-clockwise operation, single direction with paused intervals, and bi-directional with paused intervals—providing complete flexibility for diverse sample processing requirements. Compatible with both standard and vacuum jars (vacuum capacity typically 50% of standard jar size), these mills accommodate feeding granularity up to 10mm for soil materials or 3mm for other materials, processing them to 2/3 jar capacity with maximum continuous operating times of 72 hours. The gear-drive design eliminates problems associated with belt-driven systems such as creep and abrasion, while maintaining low centre of gravity, excellent rigidity, compact structure, and safe, reliable operation. Each mill features adjustable height, integrated safety switches ensuring automatic shutdown if the cover opens during operation, and compatibility with various grinding jar and ball materials to match specific application requirements.
