Ratek HO35 Hybridisation Oven: Mixer and Laboratory Incubator

The Ratek HO35 Medium Hybridisation Oven Mixer and Lab Incubator exemplifies laboratory versatility as a true four-machines-in-one solution that can instantly transform from a hybridisation oven to rocking incubator, shaking incubator, or static incubator within seconds. This compact yet powerful unit accommodates up to 18 hybridisation bottles (50mm diameter x 300mm long) or 40 x 15mL tubes through its innovative base-mounted drive roller system and interchangeable carousel technology. The HO35C50 carousel delivers precision rolling up to 20 RPM, while drop-in mixing platforms enable seamless transitions to shaking or rocking functions up to 100 RPM without requiring any tools, and optional shelving transforms the unit into a traditional static incubator for maximum operational flexibility.

Engineered with Ratek's precision digital PID control system, the sealed cabinet maintains excellent spatial temperature uniformity across the comprehensive 28°C to 99.9°C range, monitored through highly visible large red LED displays for constant temperature oversight. The microprocessor-controlled system ensures consistent performance while incorporating motion-interrupt safety cut-out protection for operator safety during operation. The carousel system's unique roller-driven design requires no mechanical coupling and can be easily removed complete for efficient loading and unloading outside the heated chamber. This innovative approach streamlines workflow while maintaining the precise temperature control essential for critical applications including nucleic acid hybridisations, molecular biology assays, and other procedures requiring sterile conditions and exact temperature maintenance for sample integrity preservation.
