Nuline Uninterrupted Power Supply Description

Our UPS units feature transformer-based Line-Interactive technology, delivering unmatched reliability for sensitive medical equipment. This design reduces the unnecessary strain a medical fridge places on the UPS, resulting in up to 9% greater efficiency during normal operation. Our technical advantage and product quality are further proven by our return rate — less than 0.5% of units are ever returned.

Runtimes have been calculated based on average fridge sizing and power consumption, using a 1/3 duty cycle. Testing was conducted both on-site and in a controlled environment operating at 22.5 °C. Actual runtimes may vary depending on fridge make, model, and site conditions. Please use these runtimes as estimates only.

Please Note: These UPS units are primarily used with the HR Vaccine / Pharmacy Refrigerator Series and the PR350 Pharmacy Refrigerator. Please contact us on 1300 812 450 if your are wanting to use these UPS units with other makes and models of refrigerators.

Shipping

Made to Order - Lead Times:
These particular models are made to order. Estimated manufacturing time (excluding shipping time) is 1-2 weeks from order placement.

Free Shipping Australia Wide:
We offer standard free shipping for Nuline products Australia wide.

Shipping and Processing:
- We offer free shipping on all Nuline products.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
- If you choose any extra options for your equipment, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for fitting.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to metro areas. 
- For all other locations, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Standard Freight for Nuline Refrigeration Products:
Lab Devices Australia provides standard freight on all deliveries of Nuline Refrigeration products.

Standard Freight includes:
- All deliveries will be via a truck equipped with a tailgate.
- Delivery to a loading dock or curbside only; as is.
- Cabinets are delivered packed and on a skid or pallet; the freight company will not remove product from the skid or unpack the packaging.

Special Delivery Circumstances:
If your delivery requires any services beyond Standard Freight, please contact us at support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au. We recommend Right-to-Site (RTS) shipping for larger bulky cabinets. Please note that additional fees apply for Right-to-Site delivery. 

Right-to-Site (RTS) delivery takes the cabinet right through to the required location. The packing is removed, the cabinet is taken off the pallet or skid and is carefully placed into required position. The packing and palett will also be removed. The customer must then connect power as delivery workers do not do this.

When Placing an Order:
After you place your order, Lab Devices Australia will get in touch to confirm important delivery details. We'll ask about any special delivery requirements such as stairs, loading dock heights, parking restrictions, site opening hours, required inductions for delivery drivers, or if drivers need a white card or special clearance to complete delivery.

Additional Options:
When placing your order, please contact us on 1300 812 450 if you would like to include any additional options with your cabinets. Each produc page has a list of additional options available for each product. We will add these additional options and your chosen cabinet(s) to a draft order and email you the draft order which will then link to our site and be processed as normal.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled if the product has not yet left our warehouse. If the product is already in transit at the time of your cancellation request, our standard return policy applies. This requires the product to be returned un-opened, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

Returns

Unopened Returns:
There is a 30 day return on unopened products from date of purchase. The package must not be opened and must be in a resellable condition. So, this means the package that the product has come in must not be opened at all.

Return shipping costs must be covered and organised by the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty. Once product has been returned in a resellable condition, inspected and found to be in an undamaged & resellable condition, a refund will be processed.

No Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns on products once packaging has been opened, unless the product has been proven to be damaged or faulty.

- We do not accept returns on unopened products after 30 Days.

- If an item has had custom changes made to it, we will not accept a return on these items. If you are getting custom changes made to an item, please be aware of this policy.

Damaged Product During Transit:
In regards to damaged products in transit; photographs must be taken of damage done to product. Please call 1300 812 450 immediately to report the situation. Notice of damage and photographs are to be immediately emailed to support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au within 24 Hours of receiving delivery. The customer may also call us at 1300 812 450 whilst the delivery is taking place if the damage is clearly obvious. Upon examination of photographs, a decision will be made as to what action will be taken by Lab Devices Australia. If the product is proven to be damaged during transit, a return/refund or return/replacement will be arranged with shipping provided by transit company. If the packing is damaged but the product is undamaged, then there will be no action taken by Lab Devices Australia.

Faulty Product:
If the product is faulty, please contact support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au immediately so an arrangement can be made for a return/refund or return/replacement, under specified warranty conditions of the faulty product. The product must be repacked in its original packing.

Warranty & Service

Nuline Refrigeration has a 2, 3 or 5 year warranty on each product.
Please refer to each product page description for specific warranty period.

5 Year Warranty:
Nuline offers a five (5) year warranty across our whole Australian Made products against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor, excluding our, Blanket Warmer (BW) Range, Fluid Warmer (FW) Range and our Laboratory Incubator (Li) Range.

3 Year Warranty:
Across our whole HR and HF Range; Blanket Warmer (BW) Range, Fluid Warmer (FW) Range and our Laboratory Incubator (Li) Range, we offer a three (3) year warranty start date against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor from the date of purchase.

2 Year Warranty:
On all other Nuline products, we offer a Manufacturer’s warranty of two (2) years from the warranty start date against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor from date of purchase against defects in materials, manufacture and workmanship.

Preventative Maintenance and Service Booking:
Regular cleaning and maintenance of all refrigeration units is highly recommended to ensure optimal performance and long-term durability of your equipment. Nuline have a network of trained contractors who have the ability to carry out preventative maintenance and service work on all models of refrigeration.
