Lab Devices Australia offers "Standard Freight" on all deliveries of Nuline Refrigeration products.
Standard Freight - consists of the below definition. - Delivery to a loading dock or into store ONLY. - All deliveries will be via a truck with a tailgate. - Cabinets will be delivered packed and on a small skid. The freight company will not remove product from the skid or remove the packaging.
Special Delivery Circumstances: If there are any special delivery circumstances needed beyond Standard Freight, please contact us at support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au. Please be aware that if there are any extra delivery requirements beyond Standard Freight, that extra fees will apply.
When Placing an Order: Upon placing an order, Lab Devices Australia will contact you (the customer) to gather certain information pertaining to delivery circumstances. We need to know if there are any delivery limitations such as any steps, loading dock heights, parking issues, opening hours, if there are any site inductions required by delivery drivers, if delivery drivers need a white card or any special clearance to complete delivery, etc.
Cancellations: Cancellation of order can only be done if the product has not left the warehouse for shipping. If the product is already in transit upon cancellation request, then normal unopened return policy will apply. This means that the product will have to be returned unopened with the shipping to be organised and paid by the customer.
Unopened Returns: There is a 30 day hassle free return on unopened products from date of purchase. The package must NOT be opened and MUST be in a resellable condition. So, this means the package that the product has come in must not be opened at all.
Return shipping costs MUST be covered and organised by the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty. Once product has been returned in a resellable condition and inspected, a refund will be processed.
We DO NOT accept returns on products once packaging has been opened, unless the product is proven to be damaged or faulty.
No returns on opened products (unless proven to be damaged or faulty).
No returns on unopened products after 30 Days.

Damaged Product During Transit: In regards to damaged products in transit; photographs must be taken of damage done to product. Please call 1300 812 450 immediately to report the situation. Notice of damage and photographs are to be immediately emailed to support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au within 24 Hours of receiving delivery. The customer may also call us at 1300 812 450 whilst the delivery is taking place if the damage is clearly obvious. Upon examination of photographs, a decision will be made as to what action will be taken by Lab Devices Australia. If the product is proven to be damaged during transit, a return/refund or return/replacement will be arranged with shipping provided by transit company. If the packing is damaged but the product is undamaged, then there will be no action taken by Lab Devices Australia.
Faulty Product: If the product is faulty, please contact support@labdevicesaustralia.com.au immediately so an arrangement can be made for a return/refund or return/replacement, under specified warranty conditions of the faulty product.
Nuline Refrigeration has a 2, 3 or 5 year warranty on each product. Please refer to each product page description for specific warranty period.
Nuline offers a five (5) year warranty across our whole Australian Made products against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor, excluding our, Blanket Warmer (BW) Range, Fluid Warmer (FW) Range and our Laboratory Incubator (Li) Range.
Across our whole HR and HF Range; Blanket Warmer (BW) Range, Fluid Warmer (FW) Range and our Laboratory Incubator (Li) Range, we offer a three (3) year warranty start date against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor from the date of purchase.
On all other Nuline products, we offer a Manufacturer’s warranty of two (2) years from the warranty start date against defects in materials, manufacture, workmanship and compressor from date of purchase against defects in materials, manufacture and workmanship.

Regular cleaning and maintenance of all refrigeration units is highly recommended to ensure optimal performance and long-term durability of your equipment. Nuline have a network of trained contractors who have the ability to carry out preventative maintenance and service work on all models of refrigeration.
